Hardworking teenager killed by stray bullet from assassins in Rivers State

Ogoni has never had it this bad in history. The rate of political assassination is sickening to the marrow. But it doesn't just end there. It is either the hired assassins are crude and unprofessional or they are deliberately full of wickedness.
All the assassination that have taken place in Ogoni of recent has not just taken its intended target but also, alongside him, others who are unlucky enough to be within his proximity at the time of the execution.
Dr. Vincent was assassinated and alongside him died one of his students that was riding with him in his car.

Another was assassinated while drinking at a joint and along with him, about two others who were hanging out with him.
The recent one which happened in Tai, took the life of its target and with him were two siblings riding with him in his car.
That of yesterday, again, a hard working teenager was cut down in her prime for something she knew nothing of by assassin bullet, intended for another target, who also died.
If you so much hate a man that you want him dead, why not wait until he is in an isolated environment before cutting him down? Or, if you are so impatient that you can't wait to despatch him quickly to the other side, why not use proper skills to pick just him from the crowd?
But, who are these assassins?
Are they invisible and invincible?
What are the security agencies doing about their continuous terror?
Finally, what has Ogoni gotten politically that will warrant us cutting down ourselves without bating an eye lid?
