The phalloplasty is seen on video for the first time ever in the Channel 4 documentary Girls to Men.


in the video, Billy, 26, wants to make the complete transition to a male and chooses to have the six-hour procedure - constructing a pen*is from his stomach tissue.


In the video, in the first stage of the two-year process, Billy first has a pen*is shaft made out of his stomach. In another surgery when you watch video,  he will have a tube inserted so he can stand up to go to the toilet.
