‘It Can Only be God’ – Footballer Sunday Mba Shows off His New Home in Abia State

Sunday Mba has closed the year with a loud bang.

Today, the Nigerian footballer took to his Instagram to share photos of his new home built in his hometown – Umuobialla in Abia State. He also used the opportunity to invite fans to the housewarming party slated for December 31.

“It can only be God,” said the mid-fielder, adding, “Now, let’s get it open (on) 31/12/2016 (in) Abia State.”


Sunday Mba shot to the spotlight after his lone goal at the finals of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations won Nigeria the prestigious cup. Hence Nigeria represented the Confederation of African Football (CAF) at the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup.



Now, the footballer who plays for Turkish club Yeni Malatyaspor has built his first home in his hometown and he can’t stop showing off.
